Warranty

Our goal is to ensure that you receive every product we ship in perfect condition!

If a problem does arise however, we will make every effort to correct it quickly and painlessly.

In most cases, warranty situations are handled by the manufacturer. Please call us on 0423 558 636 or email us at support@zytech.com.au and we will provide the manufacturer’s Australian contact details.

If a product arrives Dead On Arrival (DOA), contact us immediately at support@zytech.com.au

If there is an Australian manufacturer or distributor directly handling DOA warranty we will provide their direct contact details and assist you in obtaining a new replacement which is the normal warranty situation for goods that are DOA.

If Zytech is the Australian distributor we will either immediately replace your goods or offer you a refund of your purchase. If you choose a replacement we will advance ship the replacement and include a courier voucher for the free return of the faulty goods.

Please remember that if you return the goods without the voucher you will be responsible for the freight costs. Please note, however, this ONLY applies to DOA goods, that is goods that have failed within 24 hours of receipt of these goods.

A DOA return to Zytech requires a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Again contact our support email, for an RMA number and return address.

There will be a restocking fee of $50 for any products returned as defective that have no problems. You will also be charged for any missing items not returned with your goods.

All other warranty items also require an RMA number. Replacement warranty product will be sent upon receipt of product by Zytech Marketing Pty Ltd.

RMA numbers are valid for seven (7) days only. Products received without a valid RMA number clearly printed on the shipping label or with unpaid freight charges will be returned to the sender unopened.

Our policies are designed to give you quick and efficient customer service but also to protect Zytech from potential scams. So to help avoid incurring any unnecessary restocking charges please ensure the following –

  1. You must use the original manufacturers' packaging, both inside and outside.
  2. All returns must be complete with all manuals, cables, warranty cards, static bags; etc., just as you received them.
  3. Product must be clean and without scratches or usage marks of any kind. Customer is responsible for freight costs when returning product.

Please also remember that you are responsible for securely backing up your data and Zytech cannot be held responsible for any data loss you might experience directly or indirectly as a result of failed product, nor will Zytech be responsible for any loss of time without product whilst your goods are being repaired or replaced.

In all warranty situations it is always our aim to help resolve the problem as quickly as is possible so if the need arises, please follow these guidelines and we will get you up and running again as soon as is possible.

Privacy

Protecting your privacy is important to Zytech. We collect and use your personal information to provide you with customer service, and access to our products and services. We also use this information to communicate with you in our regular newsletter, but only if you have elected to do so.

We collect information about you when you make a purchase through our website, via telephone, fax or email. To help you have an efficient experience with Zytech you are able to save your profile so that your personal details can be recalled by use of a username and password.

We may share your information with other people in order to fulfill your purchase request, we may need to share some of your information to process your payment and to deliver our goods and services to you. We may also disclose your information if requested to so lawfully or legally.

Zytech protects your personal privacy by using secure electronic means of communication. We also urge you to change your passwords often and use a combination of numbers and letters for added security. Thank you.
